Somatic coaching

Change that starts in the body.

You've talked it through. You understand it. And still, the old patterns come back. Somatic coaching works where real change lives: in your nervous system and the parts of you doing their best to keep you safe.

How I work

Two somatic approaches, one gentle path

I weave together two body-based approaches. Together, they help you feel safe enough to soften, and wise enough to choose differently.

The nervous system

Somatic Experiencing–informed coaching

Stress and overwhelm live in the body, not just the mind. Drawing on the principles of Somatic Experiencing, we slow down and notice sensation, then move in small, gentle steps between what feels activated and what feels calm. Your nervous system learns, from the inside, that it's safe to settle. The result: more resilience, less reactivity, and a body that feels like home again.

Your inner parts

Somatic IFS and parts work

We all have parts: the people-pleaser, the perfectionist, the one who shuts down. Rather than fighting them, we get curious, and we meet them in the body, where they show up as a tight chest or a clenched jaw. As those protective parts feel understood, they relax, and you connect with your calm, compassionate Self, the steady center that's been there all along.

For individuals

Come home to yourself

Together, we work with the patterns that keep you stuck, like perfectionism, people-pleasing, overdoing or shutting down. You'll feel what's happening in your body, meet the parts behind each pattern, and build tools you can use the moment stress shows up.

As those patterns soften, you'll feel more confident, clear and at ease in your own skin. You are not broken. You're in a period of transition, and on the other side is a new you, waiting to emerge.

Sienna creates a container where I feel safe to explore my jagged edges and angry parts, as well as my overthinking and caretaking parts. Her gentle insights expand my understanding of my parts and my Self energy.

For couples

From reactivity to real connection

When two nervous systems get triggered, conversations turn into the same old argument. I help each partner notice what's happening in their body and which parts are stepping in to protect them, then slow the moment down.

As defensiveness gives way to curiosity, you learn to stay present with each other, speak from your calm center, and build the safe, secure connection you both want.

What to expect

A session with me

We start where you are. Every session is collaborative, unhurried and paced for your nervous system. You'll leave with more awareness, a practice or two to try, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself and the people you love.
