Shift Out of Stress – Interview with John (talk and practice)


Sienna interviews John a successful professional in the financial markets and a self-professed Type A personality for decades. All that shifted when he started experiencing sleepless nights, fatigue, anxiety, and chronic pain in his body. Even with regular exercise, chiropractic adjustments, and changes in his diet his health issues persisted. He needed to make BIG changes or risk severe consequences. He started working with his breath. The results were incredible and it changed the trajectory of his entire life for the better. In this episode, he shares his story, insights, and practices with us.
