Most people have some sort of breathing dysfunction- it truly is an epidemic with serious consequences. Learn to spot the signs of dysfunctional breathing and start training yourself to Breathe Better. Take the dysfunctional breathing test to see where you fall short of good breathing, and then use the guided breath practice at the end of each episode to breathe better and feel better. The first part of this episode is talk and the second part is practice. Return to the practice portion of the podcast and repeat as a practice daily.
