Sienna has studied anatomy, physiology and biomechanics of the body for 20 years. She holds a biology degree from San Diego State University (1995) and conducted graduate studies at San Francisco State (2000). Her experience working with 1000's of clients has led to a progressive and intelligent system of yoga that informs, heals and inspires students to impeccable heath and wholesome living. Her workshops and trainings are a potent blend of western medical knowledge and ancient yogic healing practices. Currently she is writing a book on Yoga Therapy.

Gain a better understanding of proper biomechanics and alignment in asana. Use proper activation of muscles to improve joint function and decrease pain. Learn correct breathing in asana to improve all physiological functions including cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive health, and mental and emotional well-being. With 20 years experience Sienna teaches from long-time study of the form and function of asana, and infuses it with western medical knowledge.
